Here for you today. Building for tomorrow.

For more than 40 years, CDPHP has been part of New York’s Capital Region, helping members get the care they need. To stay strong for the future, we’re making strategic changes, including a planned merger with Excellus Health Plan, Inc. in 2027. Although we are joining forces with another organization, CDPHP is here to stay, and our commitment to this community remains the same. You’ll continue to receive the personal, local service you rely on today, along with new opportunities as we grow.

While many benefits and services will stay the same, some may change over time. We’ll guide you every step of the way and always make decisions with one goal in mind: making health care easier, more accessible, and more affordable for you and your family.

If you have questions, use the drop-down menu below to learn more. We’ll update this page throughout the year, so please check back for the latest information.
