How Upstate New Yorkers Stay Healthy and Happy

Want to feel better, have more energy, and perhaps even live longer? Look no further than exercise. From improving your mood to combatting disease, the health benefits of physical activity are well documented and hard to ignore, regardless of your age, sex, or ability. Exercise can improve your life!

Earlier this year, we conducted a member survey to find out how people living in our area feel about exercise. Nearly 800 of you responded to generate these results.

When you consider the link between regular exercise and health and happiness, our upstate community is well on its way to becoming one of the fittest in the state!
