As part of our ongoing efforts, we are introducing prior authorizations for high-tech radiology services— specifically MR, CT, and PET imaging. This initiative, affecting all lines of business, aims to ensure members receive appropriate tests at the right time and place.
Beginning December 2, please submit all high-tech radiology PA requests through the provider portal at provider.cdphp.com where you’ll be directed to the HealthHelp request system.
Starting January 1, 2025, CDPHP will also require PAs for the following cardiac imaging services:
