Paying it Forward by Giving Back

You may be familiar with CDPHP^® Insights, an online community of health care consumers who offer feedback to help us improve health care experiences for all. We’re excited to announce that we’ve partnered with the Alliance for Positive Health to expand the CDPHP Insights community and support the Alliance’s efforts. For every new CDPHP Insights member, CDPHP will donate $1 (up to $5,000) to the Alliance for Positive Health.

About the Alliance for Positive Health

The Alliance for Positive Health is a not-for-profit human services organization whose mission is to reduce the impact and incidence of HIV/AIDS and other serious medical and social conditions. They operate five office locations in Albany, Schenectady, Hudson, Hudson Falls, and Plattsburgh. The agency provides myriad support services to clients, including: 

• Mental health education
• Case management
• Nutrition education
• Testing (HIV, STI, Hepatitis C)
• Housing assistance
• Substance use outreach
• Counseling and referrals

CDPHP is proud to support the Alliance for Positive Health as they work toward raising awareness of personal risk, reducing stigma, and helping their clients make better, healthier decisions.

About CDPHP Insights  

CDPHP Insights began in early 2016 as an exclusive, invitation-only community. CDPHP members were asked to join by taking a short survey and then participating in surveys about health care and health and wellness-related topics. The knowledge gained was incredible and it very quickly began to shape the way we made decisions. More often than not, ideas were brought back to the drawing board or completely scrapped based on the community’s feedback.

The CDPHP Insights community quickly expanded to include both members and non-CDPHP members alike. We realized that we couldn’t get a pulse on the entire health care community if we didn’t include people who weren’t our members. As a result, CDPHP Insights has grown considerably. But, we’re not finished yet.
