Call us for nutritional guidance, help with high-risk pregnancies, mental health and substance use support, community resources, and so much more.
More personal support programs are coming soon. Beginning in 2027, we’re adding a 24/7 nurse line and Wellframe, a digital care management app that connects members with resources and guidance to help manage your health. Members will also have access to the Maternity Care Program, linking you to care managers who can help with screenings, referrals, and everyday questions while coordinating with your doctor.
Beyond programs and tools, members also benefit from our integrated care delivery partnerships that bring CDPHP and providers closer together, creating a more connected experience that helps members access the right care, at the right time, and with better coordination and support.
Additionally, we’re launching new online member accounts, providing a fresh, new look where you can review your benefits, check your claims, submit for a reimbursement, and more.

Not only can you reach us over the phone; we’re also available in person. CDPHP has multiple Customer Connect locations, where you can ask questions, review your benefits, sign up for health insurance, schedule a doctor’s appointment, and more.
Coverage you can count on
Whether you need care in your hometown or when traveling, CDPHP has you covered. Our members have access to a robust local network and a national network of more than 1 million providers nationwide.
Finding a doctor is easy using our online search tool. And you don’t have to stay in the dark about the cost of services. Our cost estimator tool provides price transparency by giving members an estimate on more than 1,000 services before choosing a provider or healthcare facility.
Beginning in 2027, finding a doctor and comparing prices will be even easier, as the cost estimator will be located within the Find a Doctor search tool. Other enhancements include benefits limits displayed alongside cost estimates, and an expanded number of available treatments.
CDPHP members also have virtual care options from the comfort of home for physical and mental health. For 2027, members will have access to even more virtual services, including teledermatology from MD Live for skin, hair, and nail conditions. MD Live will replace Doctor On Demand beginning January 1, 2027.
Members also have access to personalized wellness programs through the CDPHP Health Hub, and a suite of family health benefits, including a $1,500 doula reimbursement and access to Ovia Health by Labcorp, which provides personalized support and unlimited coaching to help you manage reproductive health, pregnancy, parenting, menopause, and everything in between through the Ovia® app.
A health plan that’s local
As a local health plan, CDPHP is invested in our community. Our service area is where our employees live, work, and play. It’s not uncommon to see us at your favorite ballfield, farmer’s market, or at one of many CDPHP Healthy Neighborhood events throughout the year. We even launched the area’s first bike-share program, CDPHP Cycle!, which provides access to more than 400 pedal and pedal-assist electric bikes in cities and towns throughout upstate New York.
