New Benefits for 2022

CDPHP is more than just your average health plan. In addition to coverage you can count on when you’re sick, you also have access to programs and services designed to help you and your family live your healthiest lives.

New for 2022, CDPHP members on most commercial plans (those who have coverage through their employer) have access to the exciting new benefits below.

If you’re unsure if these benefits apply to your plan, contact your in-house benefits team, check your member contract, or call the number on your ID card.

$0 Doctor On Demand visits

There will be no out-of-pocket cost to members for live video doctor visits with Doctor On Demand on most plans. The deductible will apply for qualified high deductible plans.

Virtual mental health

Members will now have even more options for virtual mental health and substance use support.

Family health

Ovia Health provides digital support and personalized guidance for fertility, pregnancy, and parenting. The program includes unlimited one-on-one support from an Ovia Health coach, access to daily health and wellness programs, symptom tracking, and more.

Virtual cardiac rehabilitation

The Movn virtual cardiac rehabilitation program uses an app, remote monitoring tools, a dedicated coach, and a personalized treatment plan to help members improve their cardiac health from the comfort of home.

$0 kids primary care visits

There will be no out-of-pocket cost to members for primary care physician visits for members ages 18 and younger on most plans. The deductible will apply to qualified high deductible plans for non-preventive care visits.

Weight management reimbursement

The weight management reimbursement amount is increasing to $100 on most plans.

While you’re checking out these new benefits, don’t forget the valuable programs and services that already came with most CDPHP plans.

Free preventive care

Finding the right treatment when you’re sick is great. Not getting sick in the first place is even better. Preventive care is designed to do exactly what the name suggests – prevent illness before it starts. Many preventive services are free* with CDPHP, including annual physicals, flu shots, colorectal cancer screenings, mammograms, well-baby and well-woman visits, and more.

Cost estimates

Shopping around is about gathering information and making educated decisions. Now you have that option when it comes to health care. With CDPHP Price Check, you can receive an estimated cost on a range of health care services before you choose a provider.

Fitness reimbursement

Subscribers can be reimbursed up to $400 for going to the gym or taking digital fitness classes and their covered dependents can be reimbursed up to a combined $200 – a total of $600 per contract. The dependent portion can be used for youth sports fees for members ages 17 and under.

Personalized healthy activities

CaféWell is a personalized, interactive website where you can register for free activities and challenges to help you reach your health goals. Record your progress in real time, and complete activities to earn Life Points®, which can be redeemed for retail gift cards**. Log in to your CDPHP member account and click the GO TO CAFÉWELL box to get started.

Free virtual wellness classes

CDPHP members have access to dozens of free virtual wellness classes, in categories such as fitness, health education, family, nutrition, senior health, and wellness.

Discounted medications

Now there are even more ways to save on prescription medications. Rx for Less is a program for all CDPHP members with a prescription drug rider, offering deep discounts on a specific list of drugs when purchased at Price Chopper/Market 32, CVS, Walmart, Hannaford, or ShopRite. Many generic prescription drugs are available for as little as a penny a pill!

*No out-of-pocket cost to members

**All adults ages 18 and older in select plans are eligible. Points accumulate per calendar year, per contract. Points must be redeemed by December 31 each year.
