CDPHP Healthy Neighborhood events include community partners, as well as CDPHP staff, who are committed to connecting you with resources that can improve your health. From setting up screenings and routine appointments to talking with you about ways to support you and your family, these events give you a chance to take control of your health!
Each CDPHP Healthy Neighborhood event has a variety of activities that will keep you entertained. Previous events have included activities like fitness demos, healthy food samples, music, games for all ages, prize drawings, and a family photo booth.
Community partners, including Eurest, provide free, healthy food options at most events.
Many of our vendors will have something waiting at their table for you to head home with, and something for the kids to head home with, too!

We’re not just saying it to get your attention – you’ll be surprised at how many times you see someone you know at a CDPHP Healthy Neighborhood event. It’s all about community, a chance to come together, and to meet new people.
Whether you are greeted by a local sports mascot, get a chance to spin a wheel for prizes, or are able to check out a race car or fishing boat, there are too many surprises to mention in one post about a CDPHP Healthy Neighborhood event.
Make sure to follow CDPHP on Facebook to keep up with when events are happening in your neighborhood!
