Karen joined Strategic Solutions 2011 and has twenty years of experience in the Healthcare Industry. At Strategic Solutions, Karen has held several positions, beginning as a Billing Specialist and rapidly moving up to manage a team of Billing Specialists . Eventually, she joined the Training Department, helping to educate new employees for their billing role and to provide current employees training on new procedures. Currently, as the Business Development Specialist, Karen is responsible for identifying and establishing new business partnerships throughout the Northeast, as well as retention strategies for new and developed client relationships.
